• Deposit & Payment:
35% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Full payment is due at check-in.
• Deposit Refund Policy:
Deposit is refundable if cancelled 60 days or more before arrival.
Non-refundable if cancelled 59 days or less before arrival.
• Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in: 15:30 hrs
Check-out: 10:30 hrs
Check-out is completed only after inspection of the property’s general condition.
• Pets:
Small pets are allowed, but must be confirmed at the time of booking.
Extra charges may apply for cleaning or damages.
• Damage Deposit:
No deposit required at check-in.

We spent an unforgettable summer in a villa Katerina, with a view of paradise on earth.. If you are a morning person and love the sound of birds, a cafe with a view of the turquoise sea and clean air, trees and nature that mean life, this is the right place for you. Yellow butterflies keep you company as you descend the steps to the beach. The view is breathtaking. We will be happy to come again on the wonderful terrace and yard, which will make your vacation even more beautiful. We fell in love with this place. We carry wonderful memories with us.
